Pathfinder , TXO , Alpha Prospects ,Hill Street ,Active Energy & Cientifica strange links and administrations via Mr Baldwin

Cientifica, the AIM-quoted Graphene investment company, announces that it has been notified that Paul Ellison and Gareth Roberts of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP were appointed administrators of Hill Street Investments plc on 10 January 2014. Tim Baldwin, Chairman of Cientifica plc, is a director of Hill Street Investments plc.

  I shall start with the administrators first ;
     Would they sell shares at obvious undervalue , probably not .
        Holders of any of these shares should wait for real news before making their mind up about their future .
  The trouble with Aim is one is always in doubt as to the intention of the holders as to which direction the company will take . Two are doing rather well , three badly and one is undecided . Being in the undecided one , ie Pathfinder Minerals , we shall hold and hope , that the administrators will wait for the real news before offloading Mr Baldwin`s legacy .
