Terminating employees is not something one would recommend , unless their performance has been as bad as our Chinese arm seem to have achieved over the years .
Thus a new start with a more legal biased team would seem to be the answer , time will tell if this change of employees will bear fruit . Negotiations in China are still a little fraught especially when it involves sums of cash and withdrawal as Sorbic wish . Time will tell if I am right that a more lenient Chinese approach is underway . If correct , 10p is not beyond reach . After that news will drive us onwards and upwards re- Mongolia .
