17K free , minus 9K not tradeable due to excessive spread .

Leaves AIQ , RUR & Others as possible relocation targets ( For my cash )

AS you can see we have progressed brilliantly from the days of Magellan / Tellurian . 

Although actual cash in hand is still very , very elusive .Partially due to Market Spreads and Restructuring Anomalies .
